Senior Friendly Bathroom

New rooflights and GRP roof
The client wanted to increase the natural light in a pre-existing extension. We supplied and installed two new rooflights and replaced the old felt roof with a new glass-reinforced plastic one. A well-installed GRP roof has a life expectancy of up to 50 years!
Loft hatch enlarged and loft boarded
A good client of ours recently moved out of Epping to move in with her partner, the result was that they now had way more belongings than they had room for. Rather than pay out for storage, we boarded out the loft for them to create additional storage space. To make it easier for them to utilise the space, we increased the size of the loft hatch and added a wooden ladder.
Garden Room
For this project, we were tasked with creating a space that could serve as both an office space and an outdoor entertainment area. Our client wanted an entertainment area that was able to incorporate the benefits of outdoor space with an indoor area complete with a large TV and bar area. Replacement fence
Our client unfortunately had a fence come down in bad weather which meant her pet dogs were unable to go outside. We were able to get in and install nine replacement panels over a weekend to ensure her property was once again secured. Both the client and the dogs were extremely grateful.
Brick slips feature wall
Our client was bored of the background on their conference calls, they asked us to create a feature of the alcoves in their living room. Using brick slips we were able to create an amazing feature that gets as many plaudits from colleagues on Zoom as it does from his friends.
