Hotel luxury at home. We specialize in level-access walk-in showers. We install pre-formed tray systems and fully "tank" (waterproof) the walls and floor before tiling. This creates a seamless, easy-to-clean space that adds huge "wow factor" and value to your home.

THE INSTALLATION PROTOCOL
Phase 1: The Strip-Out We remove your old suite and tiles. We don't just "tile over" the old ones (a cowboy trick). We strip it back to the brick/studs to ensure a solid fixing.
Phase 2: The "First Fix" & Waterproofing We run new copper/plastic pipework to the correct positions. We re-board the walls with moisture-resistant plasterboard or tile-backer boards. We apply the liquid waterproofing membrane.
Phase 3: The Tiling Our tilers are perfectionists. We use laser levels to ensure grout lines line up perfectly from floor to wall. We use high-quality flexible adhesive that won't crack.
Phase 4: The "White Goods" & Seal We fit the basin, toilet, and glass screens. We apply a mould-resistant silicone seal as the final barrier. Then, we test everything for leaks before handing over.
COMMON QUESTIONS
"Can you move my toilet to the other side of the room?" Usually, yes. It depends on where the soil pipe (the big waste pipe) is located. Since we are structural builders, we can often re-route waste pipes under floorboards or box them in neatly—something a standard plumber might refuse to do.
"Do I have to buy the tiles?" You can, or we can source them for you. We have trade accounts with major suppliers (like Topps Tiles and Porcelanosa) and can often pass on trade discounts.
